McMullin Law Group, LLC had its origin in 1971, with David K. McMullin, a veteran of the United States Army from 1968 to 1970, entering the practice of law as a sole proprietor.
He focused his practice on helping the business owner - specifically with one of the most difficult challenges of running a business - collecting delinquent accounts receivable.
As a business owner himself, Dave knew that the success of his law pracitce depended on his ability to get results for his clients. He has proven that time and time again, representing national, regional and local business in a variety of legal matters.
Today, McMullin Law Group, LLC continues the tradition stated by Dave over 40 years ago, focusing on Collections & Creditor Rights, Civil Litigation and Trusts, Wills and Estates.
